Freshness & quality

How fresh is your seafood?
Every order is hand-graded by our team and packed to ship the same day, then delivered to you next-day. We never sell tired stock — if a fish does not meet our grade, it does not make it into your box.
Do you offer sushi-grade fish?
Yes. Selected species are handled to sushi-grade standards and labelled as such on the product page. If you plan to eat fish raw, choose an item marked sushi-grade and keep it chilled until serving.
Will my fish be cleaned and prepped?
Free prepping is included with every order. Tell us how you would like it and our team will clean, fillet or portion your fish at no extra cost before it is packed.
How is my order packaged?
Orders travel in insulated boxes with gel-ice packs to keep everything cold from our facility to your door, so your seafood arrives chilled and ready to cook.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Dubai, UAE only. We are working on expanding to more emirates — check back soon.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver next-day. Place your order and choose a delivery slot, and your fresh catch arrives the following day, packed on ice.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over AED 200. For orders under AED 200, a flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies.

Ordering & payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Card, Apple Pay and Tabby. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for an additional AED 5 per order.
Is VAT included in the prices?
A 5% VAT applies in line with UAE regulations. Your VAT is itemised clearly at checkout so you always see the full breakdown before you pay.
Can I pay with Tabby and split my order?
Yes. Tabby is available at checkout, so you can split your order into instalments where eligible.

We back every order with a 100% freshness guarantee. If anything arrives that is not up to standard, we will make it right.

Let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a refund or replacement for any item that did not meet our freshness standard.
