  • process and fulfil your orders and arrange next-day delivery across Dubai;

Our checkout is hosted and secured by Shopify and our payment provider. When you pay, your card details are entered directly into that secure, encrypted checkout. Freshcatch never sees or stores your full card number, expiry or security code. The payment provider processes the transaction and confirms the result to us so we can release your order. We only receive limited information such as confirmation of payment and, in some cases, the card type and last few digits for reference.

4. Delivery updates by SMS and email

So your seafood reaches you fresh and on time, we send transactional messages by email and SMS — for example order confirmations, dispatch notices, driver-on-the-way alerts and delivery confirmations. These messages are part of fulfilling your order and are sent regardless of your marketing preferences. Marketing messages are separate and are only sent with your consent.

5. When we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the partners we need in order to run the store and complete your order:

  • Delivery partners — to deliver your order, our drivers and logistics partners receive your name, address and phone number.
  • Payment provider and Shopify — to take payment securely and operate the checkout and store platform.
